If you are unable to open attachments in your email, follow the steps below to turn off the attachment blocking feature. 1. Open Outlook Express 2. Click on the Tools menu at the top of the window then click on Options.
3. On the Options window, click on the Security tab at the top. Make sure that the "Do not allow attachments to be saved..." check box is not checked.
4. Click OK at the bottom of the window to return to Outlook Express.
