Starting with Windows 7, Microsoft no longer includes an email program along with Windows.  For example, you may be used to Outlook Express or Windows Mail from previous versions.  You can use any email program that you would like with your Runestone account, so the choice is up to you.  We recommend using Mozilla Thunderbird.  It can be downloaded for free from their website here.

Mozilla Thunderbird is just one of the many choices for email programs.  Some others are:

• Microsoft Outlook

  It may also be included with Microsoft Office.
